a) What information about the user we collect and what do we do with it?
When you contact us via test system, using the contact form or application form, telephone, e-mail, etc., you provide us with your personal data, e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, etc. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to identify the sender and make a test or exchange electronic correspondence. This personal data is processed by WELCOME pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a General Data Protection Regulation for the purpose of conducting a test or answering questions and exchange electronic correspondence.
If you also provide a separate consent to receive commercial information from us, we will process your personal data for the marketing of our own products and services, in accordance with art. 10 para. 2 of the act on the provision of electronic services, i.e. we will provide you with information about our new courses, workshops and trainings.
Your personal data may be entrusted by WELCOME to third parties providing services to WELCOME in connection with the operation of IT systems or the provision of software in the form of a service (SaaS); Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Your personal data will be processed by WELCOME for the duration of the message exchange in electronic correspondence and provided for by applicable law or until your consent to processing is withdrawn.
b) How can you inform us about the change of data?
You have the right to access your data, request rectification, delete or limit processing, as well as object to the processing of data, as well as the right to transfer them. If you want to do this, please send an email to biuro@welcome.pl in which scope you need to modify or delete this data.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation dated 27 April 2016

This terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) define the rights and obligations of the parties to the service provided electronically via the telecommunications network at https://welcome.pl
Sending a message or question via the contact form or using of the system of leveling tests does not result in a contract obligation to provide language training services by WELCOME to the sender / user. The training services are provided by WELCOME on the basis a separate agreement with the client.
The following terms and conditions constitute a standard contract in the meaning of art. 384 of the Civil Code dated 23 April 1964. The preparation of these terms and conditions is the fulfillment of the obligation specified in art. 8 sec. 1 point 1 of the act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
The acceptance of these terms and conditions means expressing the will to conclude a contract with the Administrator on the terms specified therein.
a) Definition
The terms used in this Terms and Conditions have the meaning as follows:
Commercial information – commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services
Terms and Conditions – terms and conditions of the www.coactive.pl website
Administrator or Controller – WELCOME
Services – as defined in point (b) below
User – a person who has expressed the will to use the Service by selecting the appropriate box (“checkbox”) in the leveling tests system;
Leveling Tests System – a set of tests used to determine the User’s language level, available at www.welcomeschool.pl, sub-page Tests.
b) The scope of services provided electronically
The following Services are provided by the Administrator via www.welcomeschool.pl website:
- providing free access to the Leveling Tests System on the website www.welcomeschool.pl,
- receiving marketing information from the Administrator, in particular commercial information about the Administrator’s services;
jointly referred as “Services”
Once the person accepts Terms and Conditions by providing his data in the Leveling Test System, a contract for the provision of electronic services is concluded. With this moment the Administrator becomes obliged to provide services specified in the Terms and Conditions.
c) Terms of providing services electronically
In order to use the Services, it is necessary to have a computer with internet access and an up-to-date web browser installed.
d) Risks related to provision of Services and data protection
The systems and applications used by the Administrator ensure a high standard of security and protection of personal data.
However, the user should be aware that using Services required using the public telecommunications network (Internet), which increases the risk of the following threats:
- the possibility of receiving spam, i.e. unsolicited advertising (commercial) information transmitted electronically;
- the presence and operation of malware, including: computer viruses, i.e. a specific software that is able, after launching, to infect files in a self-replicating manner, usually without being noticed by the user; viruses may be more or less harmful to the operating system in which they are located, the carrier of this type of software may be email attachments;
- the presence and operation of worms, i.e. malicious software capable of self-copying, in this case the lack of proper service (updating the software) of the information system by the User can lead to an effective attack of the Internet worm;
- the ability to activate spyware, that is, software that spies user’s actions on the Internet, installs himself without his knowledge, consent and control;
- the possibility of being exposed to cracking (breaking security) or phishing (catching passwords).
- sniffing – forbidden eavesdropping, other than within the limits of the concept of cracking and phishing, involving the use of a sniffer – a computer program whose task is to intercept and possibly analyze data flowing in the network;

e) Conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services
The service agreement may be concluded by person who has provided their e-mail address in the Leveling Tests System and has accepted the terms and conditions. The Leveling Tests Sytem available at www.welcomeschool.pl, filled out by a person who intends to use the service, requires an e-mail address.
Termination of the Agreement may take place, in particular:
- on the initiative of the Administrator, in the event of non-compliance by the User with the obligations required by the Terms and Conditions.
- on the User’s initiative by objecting to the processing of personal data
The Administrator reserves the right to close the www.coactive.pl website without giving reasons
